I graduated from the LL.M. program at Shanghai Jiao Tong University - one of China's oldest and most respected universities. China, as the most important market in international trade, provided me with experience and connections essential for my practice. Over the course of my education and practice, I realized how impressive it is to be an entrepreneur, yet how difficult it is from time to time. Plenty of issues of an entrepreneur can be solved, or better yet prevented, with proper and timely counseling and adequate legal action.
