A word from the founder

My profession had picked me long before I chose it. I had always dreamed of becoming an attorney and assisting others in exercising their legitimate rights. I am lucky to be a member of the bar association, which dates back to the 19th century. I have been interested in the alternative and improved points, in many fields. During my education, I was affected by alternative dispute resolution, such as arbitration, which is why I participated in international competitions such as Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot both as a competitor and an arbitrator in Europe and in Shanghai. After graduation, I was focused on pursuing such a field as a practitioner. Arbitration is appealing for entrepreneurs and traders for its expedited procedure, as opposed to the courts. I seeked alternative and improved points in my education as well. I graduated from the LL.M. program at Shanghai Jiao Tong University - one of China's oldest and most respected universities. China, as the most important market in international trade, provided me with experience and connections essential for my practice. Over the course of my education and practice, I realized how impressive it is to be an entrepreneur, yet how difficult it is from time to time. Plenty of issues of an entrepreneur can be solved, or better yet prevented, with proper and timely counseling and adequate legal action.

Assisting with your enterprise or investment is an honorable act for me.
